Show Notes

On the show this week we  are bursting at the seems with  guests from all across the country who are fighting against dodgy developers and trying to protect our ancient wild life.  We are joined by Claire Baker from Owlthrope field action Group, Rosie Pierson from Better Braintree Together and Marge Powner from Friends of Carrington Moss. Together they  form the Community Planning Alliance (@CommunityPlann1).  A coalition  of hundreds of community groups across the country trying to preserve local wild life.

We discuss why the planning system so favourable to developers, How the Tories plan to make it more so, the friction between decarbonizing, planning and the Green Belt and building local groups that can network nationally.
